The Olde Homestead is an ideal facility for bird hunters, offering pheasant, quail, and prairie chickens.  Approximately 5,000 acres of private grounds await lodge guests.  All of the hunting grounds hold outstanding native pheasant populations.  We hunt native birds only, you won't find any Planted Birds here.

Our beautiful rural home, built in the early 1900's, was recently converted into a hunting lodge and retreat. We are located 13 miles west of Mankato, Kansas (2 miles west of the Esbon intersection) then 2 miles south of highway 36 and 1/2 mile west.  If you are looking for a quiet, remote place to hunt with deluxe accommodations and excellent hunting, and enjoy the company of friends and business associates, THIS IS IT!

All breads, pastries and desserts are homemade daily in our kitchen.

• $250 per hunter - per day
• $50 extra nights stay

• Check in time is 6:00 p.m. - day before hunt.
