We have many acres of CRP land, cornfields, ditches, fence rows available for prime pheasant hunting in Midwest and Southwest portion of Iowa. We are not a hunting preserve and our pheasant hunting guides will get you on to some wild pheasants! Our guided hunts will leave you in awe as hundreds of wild pheasant flush right in front of you. This is Iowa pheasant hunting at its finest.

If you are interested in Iowa deer hunting we also have some great packages for you to look at. We have many tree stands placed in prime locations throughout our property to put you on top of some nice bucks. The rutting season usually runs the 1st week of Nov thru Nov 20. Many wall hangers are seen during the rut season by our hunters.

We will take 1 single hunter or a group of hunters, up to 6 at one time. Meals and lodging are included with your stay.   No alcohol is allowed as we are a family operation.

Wild Pheasant Hunting

  • Habitat stamp $5.00
  • Bird cleaning is $2.00 a bird with freezer space available
  • Well trained dogs are available for $50.00 a day.

Turkey Hunting & Racoon Hunts

  • Cost = $125 a day/person
  • $40.00 a day non-refundable deposit
  • Includes Meals and Lodging
  • License fee is $80.50
  • Habitat stamp $5.00

Whitetail Deer Hunting
  • Cost = $250 a day
              3 Day minimum
  • $125 a day non-refundable deposit
  • Non-resident license is $309.50
  • Small game license is $85.50

    There is a June deadline for the Lottery Draw.

Bobwhite Quail Hunting

  • Cost = $125 a day/person
  • $40.00 a day non-refundable deposit
  • Includes Meals and Lodging
  • License fee is $80.50

Waterfowl Hunting
